The manger of the Birmingham City Football Club was complaing to his scout that they were in desperate need of a new young striker.....
So the scout went out looking and found this brillant player in Iraq.....
He brought him back for atrial and he performed so well that he was put straight in the first team for the next saturday game.....
He was welcome by the crowd and had a great game by scoring a hat trick... the fans loved him and he was a hero in the whole of Birmingham......
He couldn't wait to get home to phone his parents and soon as he got back to the dressing room he phoned home with his news....
His mother was not so pleased to here his news and she told him off for being selfish....
She said that she had more important news and she complained that their car has been hijacked and set alight, a bomb had gone of in their street and had demolished the house and their daughter has been raped....
And all you can do is go on about your day, and after all it was your fault we had to move to Birmingham in the first place.
