Well just got back a couple hours ago and boy it was very tough going at the private water where I lived.
I was getting quite lot of small knocks on the boilies and the odd bleeps from the bite alarm but not really interested in the boilie or pellets! I was getting quite a few runs but the fish was either comes off the hook or going into the snags!
I have to wait nearly for 6 hours before I got a fish on the bank.
My result for the day was Lost 4 carp, Gain 7 carp including 1 Common Carp and 1 Double figure Mirror Carp
