Buzzard Trittford is mainly Bream/skimmers any thing up to 4lbs some Carp but not many get caught in matches though.

So pegs with throw up a good bag of Roach to a pound. During the warmer months 70 to 100lb win the money. Winter you still need anything between 10lb and 30lb to win.

Summer pole is the most effective method with chopped worm and caster or pellets and in winter small cage feeder packed with liquidised bread and punch on the hook.

So that's what's in store for me for the next few Sundays then I'll alternate between Larford,Manor Farm and Trittford.

Well after two days of waiting and no sign of what happen then I can presume that you lot didn't caught anything! ;D

Yes we did Andrew .
Dave caught a small pike. River was still high from all the rain we have had, and the pegs are set down about 6 foot from the water level. So it made it hard to get to a lot of the pegs. The waters on a good day would produce a fine return..
The pegs below the weir look fantastic and people catch barbell to 10lb
I will be visiting this venue again, very soon.
