Which Tackle shops do you buy your Gear from?

Which ones have given you service with a smile and which ones have you vowed never to let them see the colour of your money?

Are you happy to buy on-line or do you still prefer the personal touch from your 'Local'.

I buy online and locally Redditch to me does not have the best Tackle shops. But i have to use them for bait.
I totally agree with you personal touch counts.
if im buying something expensive i nomally check out the web for the best prices. got some great bargains off ebay.

All most of my fishing gear is brought from loads of different tackle shop all over the country and aboard. like from America, Australia and most areas of the UK. ;D ;D

But the best tackle shop I ever been is Leslies of Luton, as it is a really big shop and what ever you want it is moreless in there.

They have carp, barbel, pike,coarse,sea and game fishing tackle. Once you step into the shop it is like a gold mine ;D you have to keep a eye on the time because it flies by when you are in there. ;D

I also used the mail order from there as well. In fact at this moment I have got an order comming in anytime from them.

I use and have for many years Fosters of B;ham. Friendly helpful staff. know thier stuff. With a great range to choice from. Price very good too.

Powermesh in my veiw that 'Fosters' were once very good but on so many occasion where I been to the shop I know what I want and always calculate so I know what is my limit on spending, and when got to the checkout the sale person person tells me how much I got to pay - Then I know straight away that I have been overcharge or charged double so I ask them to check again.

I once used their mail order but never again. I did place an order for a certain tackle and it took them six months to get out to me where I could have got them cheaper! In fact I never did get an apology why it took so long!
