I am organizing a teach in at Lodge Pool on the August 6th 2005 (saturday)
This teach in is a social get together type fish in and a lot of guys are bringing kids/still quite new to angling so that they can learn/compare methods? So if some one wanted to learn about say using a feeder fishing or pole or specimen fishing they can come along and take part?
If its a good idea then people could say what they wanted to learn/prepared to teach?
Nothing heavy just a case of by yourself or pairing up and getting on with it.
I have invited Carpy and I wish to invite you and your friends to come and fish this teach in. The price is £4 for the day. There are other anglers from another fishing website which I am a member of.
If you wish to take part please let me know before 16th February as time is running out.

I think the teach in is a great idear Andrew. But to set a 16th of feb dead line. when the teach in, is over 6 months away. You have set a tuff dead line. You need to advertise on the club notice board as well. 4 days to get people to see it and confirm something 6 month down the line. I am sure the club will be flexable with the booking. And any help you need in advertize it around, i a willing to help with posters, and getting the word about.

The reason I set the February the 16th as a deadline because I do not want any other fishing club to book a match on that day.
I am on speaking terms with Mike Paggett but I might set the booking tomorrow afternoon and extend the deadline time as well
