Looks like its from the Carp species.  But i dont know what its called. The picture taken at night, dont help. And the fish is very bright. To the background. |

I believe its an "upside down carp" (called this due to its eyes being set so low) or more commonly called a Silver Carp. Not indigenous get them in Eastern Europe and Turkey I believe.
