Winter League 2006/7

Hi guys sorry I've not been around the last couple of weeks a combination of work,fishing and other commitments have kept me busy.

The first round of the Lodge Park winter league took place on Sunday I haven't got the full results but the 0121 er's pinched 1st place by one point.

Thank god the other 3 anglers are good as I only got a third in my section but they have said I can fish with again. Our captain Sid Taroni also won the overall match and we also had Jacko in third overall.

I'll the fully results if Norman gives them to me.

I wished I lived closer mate there is nothing I enjoy more than a good Winter League series.Really sorts the men from the boys!

Yes Budgie it is a shame there's afew teams that would be glad of your assistance. It's only 4 matches one a month through to Feb 07. My weekends will be split between Larford,Manor Farm,Trittford and Lodge. My main focus will be Lodge Park and it's a tosh up between Manor and Larford.
