hi all,
Is still ok to start fishing the pool on the 1st we used to be able but being out of touch for so long wondered if it was still ok .

Yes Al you can fish the pool from the first of June.  |

Went down to the pool today with dave. A few people fishing, we fished the island pegs, i setup the pole targeting the silver fish, but fished with number 10 elastic knowing the carp are lurking around. And the first bite bingo a large carp, gave me the runaround taking 30 foot of elastic, but got it in. 18 hook and single maggot. Forgot to take my landing net pole so used a extending bank stick to land it.  ;D |

Carpy was there any type of Gas involved with your pole setup.
Well done m8 I must have missed you I started after 5pm and fished to just turned 8pm.
