This Saturday and Sunday members needed, for bank clearing. We have a mini digger for the weekend so we can fill the new island so it is above the water all around. And to dig the trench from the club to to pool, to get the piping in for the electric cable needed for the four airation pumps to be installed on the new island. I think most help will be needed Sunday, we are building two big rafts to get pallets and anything the mini digger drags up to the island. Hope you can help

Yes indeed, we need all the help we can get as there is a lot of work to do in a short time (6 weeks). As there is no excuse for me get out of this one! Unfortunately I can't make it tomorrow morning but in the afternoon I can. Hope to see you there.
The jobs are - Finishing off the New peg on the old island, a bridge to be built across the stream from the mainland to the old island, as Carpy mention before, a trench for the piping. Pallets to be taken over to the new island and willows trees to be planted maybe on the last weekend of bank cleaning. I urge all members of the Lodge Park Angling Association to come down and gives us a hand what ever they can do.
