I have noticed a lot of new members didn't log in, this is probably because their email provider, like AOL block emails from Proboards taking them as spam mail. So i have set it so you get activated to sign in to the forum, without the activation email.
Sorry for any problems you have, but i will monitor the problem.
Any new members that have been unable to sign in, should be able to now.
