I generally always mix far to much groundbait, than i need and end up wasting it. Can i freeze my leftover groundbait.

I can't see why not, because I sometime do it before hand like well in advance before going fishing and it save me time doing it while fishing.

Yes you can Dace.Get yourself some freezer bags various size and freeze it in usable portions. Mark the date on each bag and what mix it is.

dace, Subject to the following points there is no problem freezing GB and reusing it later. I actually always freeze my liquidized bread before using it as it breaks it done even finer.
However, a couple of tips to remember;
1) Put the thawed out GB through a riddle before you use it. You may also need to dampen it down with an atomiser.
2) The thawed out GB will be inert, this is fine for method feeder fishing or any other time you want the feed still on the bottom. But if you want to use an active GB mix, that will have particles rising off the bottom say to attract roach or skimmers, it's best to mix a fresh load on the day. Incidentally, I always mix my fresh method mixes the night before fishing to ensure they are relatively inert.
