Great venue here:

Its run by Brittish Waterways and is a well equipped venue. What I like about it is the lack of some of the more restrictive rules you find on some commercials: you can use groundbait, you can use boilies and pellets, you can use big hooks as long as they are Barbless.. ;D Another thing is there is an automatic exit gate so noone harassing you to pack up so they can go home!!
I caught my pb Tench of 6lb 2oz there three weeks ago and there is a section of the River Blythe there too, although I haven't fished it yet but 4 pools and a section of river for £6 isn't a bad deal!
