Morton Springs FisheriesManor Farm Morton BagotWhen their today with Dave. Nice lake about the size of Lodge Pool, with brick built well looked after toilet, and brick built chalet with kettle and fresh milk to make your own tea. The lake is stocked with Roach, Rudd, Tench, Bream, and Carp. The Carp are in a very good condion, and are a very golden colour, crucian colour. Got to the venue at 8.00 and i hooked and lost two big fish on the pole within the first 10 mins. Then it went i bit dead, a angler a few pegs away had a few nice Carp which he caught on prawns. Went onto the feeder using tutti frutti flavoured sweetcorn. And first catch bingo. And Dave caught one on luncheon meat before we packed up. Will be going back again, day tickets cost 5.00 for one rod or 7.00 for 2.

right Andrew drive down to the Dog pub at Mapplebough Green, and take the Henley road. About a mile up that road on the right, you will see a sign Morton Springs Fisherery.
